Full Journal pdf2017-03-22 House Journal Page 0706 HB 81 The following was read the second time: HOUSE BILL NO. 81 "An Act making an entity that is exempt from federal taxation under 26 U.S.C. 501(c)(3), (4), (6), (12), or (19) (Internal Revenue Code) and a federally recognized tribe eligible for a loan from the Alaska energy efficiency revolving loan fund; relating to loans from the Alaska energy efficiency revolving loan fund; and relating to the annual report published by the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation." with the: Journal Page ENE RPT CS(ENE) NT 5DP 2NR 259 FN1: ZERO(REV) 260 FIN RPT CS(ENE) NT 6DP 4NR 633 FN1: ZERO(REV) 634 2017-03-22 House Journal Page 0707 Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that the following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original bill: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 81(ENE) "An Act making certain entities that are exempt from federal taxation under 26 U.S.C. 501(c)(3), (4), (6), (12), or (19) (Internal Revenue Code), regional housing authorities, and federally recognized tribes eligible for a loan from the Alaska energy efficiency revolving loan fund; relating to loans from the Alaska energy efficiency revolving loan fund; and relating to the annual report published by the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation." There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 81(ENE) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There was objection. CSHB 81(ENE) will advance to third reading on the March 24 calendar.
